What is THPT Fitness?
THPT stands for “The Honest Personal Trainer”.
Over the years, I’ve watched too many people be taken advantage of by the health and wellness industry — from well-known MLM schemes to so-called “gurus” selling quick fixes disguised as solutions for your physical or mental ailments and struggles.
I created THPT as a response to that. My goal is to provide guidance that’s transparent, evidence-based, and rooted in integrity, not manipulation or sales tactics. While showing up online will always involve some level of intention and presentation, it doesn’t have to feel performative or artificial. You deserve honesty, clarity, and support you can trust.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. Your body is unique, and I want you to feel empowered and excited to discover what it’s truly capable of.
We’ve all seen fitness coaches online who claim to have the solution and swear their method is the answer to everything. That’s not how I operate. I’m not here to promise a magic fix or pretend I can solve every problem. What I can promise is support, guidance, and an honest partnership as you move through the process.

This all-inclusive coaching package is designed to give you structure, accountability, and real results. Each month includes four 50-minute in-home sessions where we’ll train together, review your progress, and adjust your program to keep you moving forward.
In addition to your sessions, I’ll work closely with you to monitor your nutrition, review your meals, track your workouts, and measure progress through strength benchmarks, body composition changes, and habit consistency. You’ll receive personalized programming, ongoing support between sessions, and strategic adjustments tailored to your goals.
This package is perfect for anyone who wants expert guidance, accountability, and a clear plan without having to figure it all out alone.
Please note: In-home training sessions are available for clients located within a 10-mile radius of 90020. Clients outside of this 10-mile radius will incur an additional travel fee based on their distance from 90020.

Each of you will receive programming tailored to your individual goals and fitness levels. Some exercises may overlap, while others may differ depending on your specific needs. The intention is to create a supportive environment where you can stay consistent and motivated, because there truly is power in numbers when it comes to reaching your goals.
With this package, you and your partner will receive four 50-minute in-person training sessions each month, customized to both of you. You’ll also receive ongoing nutritional guidance and lifestyle support to help ensure you’re set up for long-term success.
